These terms cover your use of the Portupine marketing website at portupine.com only. They are not a software license. Licensing and use of the Portupine software itself is governed by a separate deployment agreement you enter into directly with us.

You’re welcome to browse the site and submit the contact forms in good faith. Please don’t scrape it, attack it, or use it in any way that disrupts it for others.

We try to keep the information on this site accurate, but it’s provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. No prices are published on this site; nothing here is a binding offer until we sign a separate agreement with you.
